Neil Edwards
Neil has worked in the housing sector for his entire career. The last 15 years having worked at a senior level in a housing association where as Assistant Director of Development had overall responsibility for the delivery of all the new open market and affordable homes required to meet the targets set by the business.
In addition to having direct project management responsibility he has also managed numerous teams across multiple locations and has a good understanding of how to coach others to fulfill their potential.
Neil's experience at Director level also enables eds-sw to provide a full range of strategic support to organisations and enable change where required.
